Skando Chicago's annual Julebord is an evening that brings together young Scandinavians and Scandinavian-Americans living in the greater Chicago area to celebrate the traditions of a formal sit-down Christmas dinner. This holiday party features authentic Scandinavian food, toasts, speeches, singing, and dancing.


Where

The party will be held at the Swedish American Museum Center located at 5211 N. Clark in Chicago's very own Swedish neighborhood, Andersonville. [Get Directions]

This year's Julebord will be held on December 16th. Festivities will began at 6:30 pm and end when there's no more Glögg...


Who

The annual Julebord is by and for Chicago’s young Scandinavian community of Scandinavian expats, Scando-Americans, and others with an affinity for modern Nordic culture. It is organized and promoted by Skando Chicago.


Cost

A $25 donation is requested per person to pay for drinks, entertainment, and other costs that come with throwing such a great party.
